If you are one of those men who get nervous and overly fussy about going out and making a first impression on a date, then read on. Those who think they are a hundred percent confident are invited too. Better not confuse confidence with arrogance as they prove to be fatal on that crucial first date.
Calm your nerves by preparing for the things that you will need. Although this sounds like a cooking show, rest assured that it is indeed helpful while counting the hours before your date. Preparation greatly reduces the stress, and you can depend on it to cut down the chances of forgetting something. You don’t want to be late just because of a forgotten wallet of a mismatched pair of shoe because by doing so, your agitation is surely to raise another notch.

Once prepared and if you have nothing to do, you can take a book or exercise. Take your mind of the worry that something might go wrong or that she might not like you but not to a point wherein you forget the time for the actual date.
Lastly, reflect on why you wanted to go out with her in the first place. Is it because you are interested in her or because you really have nothing much better to do? You do not want to get involved in a relationship purely for the sake of it. You are making an attempt to build a potential relationship hence going out on a date, and not because there are no good games played in the television on a Friday night.
Admitting that you are worried about going out is not a big deal. Women feel them to. The important thing, however, is that you strive to not let it overcome you.
